Hookergate students in year 7 are piloting a scheme in conjunction with ictGateshead to promote mobile learning.
All students in class 7L have been provided with top of the range mobile devices which have access to E-Mail, Internet and a whole host of other features.
The students will have the devices until March 2008 to use primarily in ICT classes which may be extended to cover other subjects.
