Golf championships

Steven King, a Year 11 pupil, qualified at Beamish Golf Club for the schoolboy Under 18 championships, to play in the regional finals in Lincolnshire at Sleaford Golf club.

Steven going on to shoot a 70 and 74 gross at Sleaford Golf club, qualifying in 9th place to play in the national finals at Middlesex.

Steven has been a very successful golfer on the Junior Circuit for some years and is clearly a great prospect for the future.
