Hookergate gain top honours

Christopher Fleming of Year 10 claimed overall first position in round 1 of the Gateshead Indoor Rowing League.

Hopefully this will put him as favourite to claim a double victory in the upcoming Gateshead Indoor Rowing Championships that are to be held at Cardinal Hume School at the end of January 2010.
Other notable performances were from Kieran Turnbull of Year 7 who was the best in his category and Ben Logan of Year 10 who claimed second position behind Chris Fleming for the Year 10 boys category.
